Screen Shot Blog
In this website project, I thought mostly it was pretty simple to follow the online directions from edmodo, but at times it was hard to find certain properties or certain tools to get this project finished. I think this project was pretty fun, although I wish that the instructions would be a little easier to understand. Web design is a lot different from graphic design. Web design you have to go through a certain process, of applying the website. I had more fun doing graphic design then web design.
Photoshop Projects
For The Monarch butterfly project, I used photoshop to change it to my own style. Some techniques that I used were to zoom in and out of it so I could get every little detail. In the other project I used the mask tool to make it appear that the school was hiding behind the letters. In the ONW and Compass project I used the shading tool or fade tool to fade the letters and compass into the background school pictures. For the picture with all school pictures I also used the fading tool. While erasing the cars and the two light poles I used the clone stamp tool to practically erase them, or hide them. For the name project I used a tie-dye background and used different gradients to make my own different backgrounds. Im Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, I could see why graphic designers need both because, they need different tools to create different images, erasing things, different types of gradients and so on.

Rosie Klausner's Logo
The scope of this project was to create your own logo in your own way that you liked. I created my logo by using my favorite color and using my favorite font to create it how I like it. My process was start sketching out ideas and starting with geometrical shapes to shape my logo. Then, I decided to start to use letters and try and get my initials into it somehow. I then started to play around with connecting the two initials together. Then that was how my logo was created. Along the way I had some trouble trying to save the documents as an "ai" file. It was also tough to try and find tools for things such as transparency, 3D, and creating different shapes. Something different I would do next time would be to be more creative while making my logos and other projects. I would like also to take more time on my projects. Something that would I would keep the same would be to keep myself working efficiently and using my creativity for projects. Something that I will draw from this experience to enhance my next project will be pay more attention to new tools that I could use for my projects. I think that this project I created could have been a little better. Quality of my project was pretty good too. I had a lot of fun creating this project

Logo Color Use
Logo Color Use
This logo represents Starbucks Coffee. This Colors in this logo are green, black, and white. This Color Scheme is Tertiary colors. I think the company used green and black to get the attention of someone. Black stands out from a lot of colors.

Interview Final
In this Video I reflected on how well I worked with other group members. I also reflected on what my favorite parts were, what some of the shortcut keys were, and how my creativity will come into my next projects. I think the best thing that was great about video was to make new friends an learn new things on Final Cut Pro. Something that I need to work on video is probably to use shortcut keys more often. I also need to work on collaborating more with my group members when filming and editing. Some of my favorite parts about video was to meet new friends, and to learn new things. I also learned not jump cut when filming and editing videos. Jump cut is something that I didn't want to happen in my video. The 180 Degree rule is really important when doing an interview or any video when interviewing someone. Something that I really liked about video was to be the actor when filming the videos. That was always fun to do.

The Chase
Blogger Questions
1. What did I learn?
In this project something that I learned was using the shortcut keys. The shortcut keys have helped me edit my videos faster and more efficient. I liked using the key because it's something new I tried and it was really helpful to me.
2. What will apply to my next project?
Something that I will apply to my next project will be to not use my mouse and use shortcut keys more often then my mouse. I will also use other new shortcut keys that I haven't yet used. I will also use final cut pro to edit my videos in creative new ways.
3. How was collaboration different in this project from the last two projects?
Collaboration in this project was different in this project from the last to because I had different ideas then my partner's did. Some things I disagreed with my partners with some shots but it worked out to be okay. Collaboration is also very important to creating a video because you need to get everything done so you need to work together well.
4. How could you improve collaboration in your next project?
I could in improve collaboration for my next in my next project by communicating with them. I should always communicate with my group by remembering everything that I need if we didn't finish filming something we need to bring the same clothes that we wore on the filming day.

12 shot sequence
What did I learn?
In this project I learned many new things. I've learned that when you record something you have to stay in the same place after you recorded the on shot. I can't jump 100 feet. I've also learned that editing has gotten a little trickier. Final cut pro has helped me a lot.
What will you apply to your next project?
In my next project, I will use my editing skills to us slow motion, fast motion, and even normal speed to complete a video. If I am in actor in a film, I always try to NOT LOOK at the camera. Don't laugh or smirk while filming either. My next project I hope to improve my creative thinking.
Define Collaboration-
Collaboration- being able to work with someone and not having any problems.
How did this apply to your next project/ group?
This will apply to my next project/group because working with groups is a privilege to me. I also like to work with my friends and have fun. Collaboration is really important because you want to get everything done as soon as possible, and you need to be able to work with your group easily so it doesn't cause any problems.

My Personality Type
My Personality Type is ENFJ. It means that I'm responsible and I care about others. I want to help people anyway I can, I also like to motivate others too. I like to hangout in groups or facilitate with others. I'm also responsive and warm to others. ENFJ stands for Extravert, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. The famous person I chose is Morgan Freeman.(actor)
I think that my type describes me well because I love to hangout in groups and socialize with everyone. I don't like to stay in one group all the time. I always like to keep conversations going. Something that's right is probably warm, empathetic, and responsive. Something that is also right on is probably wanting to help others. Something that's "not so much" is probably responsive thinking. I'm not always responsive to listening to other people. But I try to be responsive. My personality type description helps me understand me more because I really wanted to know who I really am. The way I gravitate towards people is because I want to be there when they need me.
6 shot sequence
What are the 6 shots in the 6 shot sequence? Give a brief description of each.
XCU- Close up of hands
OTS-What person is doing
CU-Who is it.
MS-Person from hips and above
WS-What person is doing but not entire screen
XWS-sets the scene
What did I learn?
In final cut pro I learned how to cut videos for short periods of time. I also learned how to cut audio. Another thing I learned was that each shot should be 3 seconds or less per shot. The video wasn't support to be very long so I tried to shorten it.
What will i apply to my next project?
I will use my time more wisely when I'm filming. I should also stay on task so I don't get behind on a project. Another thing I should use in my next project is if I'm filming outside, I should be careful of the sun's lighting. i also should be more aware of my surroundings when I'm filming so I know what's around me.

This is some of the pros swings in slow motion and understanding how they swing the golf club.
These are some professional golfers who are in a tournament and getting their swing analyzed. I used Final Cut pro to import my videos, take away audio from the original videos and used color to edit the video I used command I to import videos. I chose this topic (golf) because I am really passionate about golf. I have been playing golf since I was 7 and I also really like to watch the pros play in different tournaments.
